Liam Hemsworth Admits To ‘100%’ Thirst Trapping On Social Media – & We’re Not Mad!

Liam Hemsworth just took a DNA test, and it turns out he’s 100% that thirst trappin’ bitch! Even if he doesn’t know it!

So, which of his latest social media posts were commenters going crazy for??

Well, the Aussie took to Instagram on Saturday to share a sweet snap (above) of himself posing with his pup Dora, whom he adopted in 2015. The artsy photo, taken by his older brother Luke Hemsworth, had the actor captioning the post:

“@hemsworthluke captured this moment of me and my best friend Dora. Good god I love this dog.”

Along with plenty of swooning commenters, two of his Isn’t It Romantic co-stars took an obvious liking to the pic, as well. Rebel Wilson left a pink heart emoji, while Adam Devine jokingly called out the photo, writing:

“Thirst TRAP”

As you’re likely aware, 29-year-old Hemsworth was in an on-again, off-again relationship (now permanently off) with Miley Cyrus for the better part of the past decade, so he’s fairly new to the whole dating scene. Apparently, being with rumored GF Maddison Brown isn’t stopping him from posting sexy pics online — not that we’re complaining!

Hilariously, Hemsworth confirmed Devine’s joke and commented back:

“I just googled thirst trap. 100% true ;)”

Since the surprising split from the songstress was announced in August after less than one year of marriage, the Hunger Games star has maintained a relatively low profile, mostly spending time with family down under, while the 27-year-old songstress has moved onto two very public relationships with Kaitlynn Carter and Cody Simpson.

There have been plenty of sources coming out of the woodwork to weigh in on things and offer insight since the breakup, but possibly the most revealing (and heartbreaking) info came recently from a member of Hemsworth’s own family: his sister-in-law Elsa Pataky.

As we previously reported, Chris Hemsworth‘s wife recently sat down for a chat with Hola! and briefly addressed the split, sharing:

“My brother-in-law, well, he’s done with a relationship to which he had dedicated ten years, and then it crumbled. But he gets along well. He’s a strong boy and deserves the best, I think he deserves much better.”

Tell it like it is, girl!!

The momma of three added:

“You always find support in your family, and he’s joined at the hip with his brother, who has been there to give all the strength he needed.”

So, what do U think Perezcious readers? Is this non-traditional thirst pic right up your alley?? Sound OFF (below) in the comments with your take!!

Joules feels slight chill, UK tough, but US wholesale rises

Joules is a regular outperformer in a UK fashion retail market that has few of those at the moment. So it was no surprise that its pre-close trading update on Thursday morning talked of “retail growth and improved retail gross margin, despite challenging trading conditions”.

But as that statement suggests, the company is facing the same fundamental challenges that all of its retail peers are. And while its first half (the six months to the end of November) saw what it called a robust performance”, that still translated into revenue growth of only 1.3% year-on-year. Admittedly, with Black Friday coming a week later this year, some Black Friday-linked sales could fall in December (the start of the second half), so that could have held sales back a bit.

Not that the company is embracing markdowns. The firm’s Retail division revenue rose a healthier 3.1% with an improved gross margin rate, “as a result of a disciplined approach to promotional activity”, it told us. The retailer also said this revenue performance “was driven by strong e-commerce growth that was supported by our distinctive product offer, enhancements to the customer proposition and continued growth in our active customer base”.

Overall, customers have continued to respond well” to its product offer but it said September was challenging, although since then, it’s “seen positive trading momentum across [its] own e-commerce and store channels, with revenue up by over 9%”.

And on the back of this positive performance, the group is opening four new stores before Christmas, “in desirable locations and on attractive terms”.

So given that its own retail ops were quite strong, how come overall revenue grew so little? Well, the company said wholesale revenue fell by 3.8%, but this reflected the conversion of some of its larger accounts to retail concessions last year as well as “the continued challenging UK trading environment”.

Pleasingly, international revenue continued to grow and now makes up around 17% of its total, up from 15.8% a year ago. It’s seen continued growth of its US wholesale business and “very strong growth” across its international e-commerce markets.

It also said the September launch of its Friends of Joules curated digital marketplace for third-party sellers on its website has seen “a really positive early customer response”.
